Mr Barnard has written this to me at my own suggestion, a question which goes considered here in order to raise a matter that has been under consideration.
I think it will be useful to consider whether to send a copy of this letter to the Zr with a short explanation of the 23 Han Aufell's commencement (if he can concur) in the opinion that it is desirable that Mr Barnard's suggestion should be applied?
