HOME FLEET AT ROSYTH The principal ships of the Home Fleet, under the command of Admiral Sir Charles Forbes, with his flag in the Nelson, have arrived at Rosyth from Portland. Recently they wel- comed there the ships of the French Atlantie Squadron which have visited Liverpool and Glasgow.
The French squadron included the battle-cruisers Dunkerque and Stras bourg, the former tying the fag of Vice-Admiral M. B. Gensoul; the cruisers Leggues, Gloire, and Mont- calm, with the flag of Rear-Admiral R.-E. Godfrey in the first-named; and a number of smaller vessels.

The destroyer Javelin, completed at the Clydebank shipyard of John Brown and Co., Limited, has arrived at Portsmouth.
