As a token of close co-operation and goodwill between the two democratic countries, China and the United States, the Chinese Government has decided to issue 2,000,000 sets of special postage stamps in celebration of the 150th anniversary of American Inde- pendence on July 4
Each set will be made up of four denominations-5 cents. 25 cents, 50 cents and $1. One" milion sets will be sent to the United States while the other million will be sold in China.

A "Wonderful piece of photography" was Mr. Justice. Humph reys' comment in the Old Bailey, London, on April 4 when a police officer showed him a blank page from an exercise book and then a photographic largement containing writing.
