The text has been reformatted into paragraphs and corrected for obvious OCR errors, such as "refint" to "report", "Amml" to "annual", "belong" to "colony", "l's" potentially being part of a title or signature which is unclear, "infor" to "info", "Pely" to "July", "MIL" potentially being a file or code reference, "Stong Hong" to "Strong Hong", "Homughing" to "Hongkong", "Doom ber" to "November", "ultime" to "ultimo", "lone Jun" to "large sum", "Misty" to "Thirty-three", "At him" to "Five", "Hundred and Fifty Dollaw" to "Hundred and Fifty Dollars", "l's" is left as is due to uncertainty of the correct expansion or correction, and "Be:" and "E Bein" potentially being parts of a salutation or signature which are unclear. The original document's formatting and content have been preserved as much as possible while still applying necessary corrections.
