Made by me at the commencement of this year and I believe that nothing has occurred in the interval relating to the discharge of my duties in the Colony to change his opinion of my conduct.
I am aware that it is with the Home Authorities that the ultimate decision of the matter must rest but I trust that I shall not be asking too much in requesting His Excellency to add strength to my request by the cooperation of his approval.
