A claim for possession of premises brought in the Supreme Court yesterday by Joseph Samoon Gubbay, on behalf of Aaron Sassoon Gubbay, against William Henry Whiteley, of No. 18, Broadwood Road, was declared non-suited by the Chief Justice, Sir Atholl MacGregor, costs being awarded to defendant,
