Love time last month whilst in the office out of the Central Police Station, at 10 A.M., a man named Mindian came and requested to be enlisted in the Police Force. He applied for his discharge from the boat he served on, he said he had none - I then informed Mr. May, Superintendent of Police, that the applicant had no discharge.
