THREATENING WEATHER AND THE REACTION from the "Bisley" Meeting affected the attendance at the Spoon and Practice Shoot on Wednesday, only about 70 members turning ont.

The weather cleared up and those that decided to say "Yes" had a pleasant afternoon, although the light was dull and the wind tricky at 600 yards.

The RN. Staff and the Middlesex Regiment contested their round in the Bellilos Shield, the former winning þy 536 points to 486 points thus putting them into the Final.

C/Sgt. Hale recorded a good 58 Sgt. Pennell so take the Nett Spoon in the S.R. (b) Class while the only Handicap Spoon went to Sgt. Rushman of the RN. Staff.
