It is now clear to every honest observer that the immediate aim of the present rulers of Japan, is the seizure in toto of as much Chinese territory as possible with its, raw materials, labour, power and markets. The whole of China is marked out as the legitimate "sphere of influence" of Jpanese imperialism, writes Jack Chen in the February issue of "Life and Letters To-day."
