DEATH BY ASPHYXIATION OF AN OLD MAN. INTO WHOSE MOUTH AN ORANGE HAD BEEN THRUST AS A GAG IN THE COURSE OF A ROBBERY, led to the arraigament on a charge of murder at the Criminal Sessions yesterday before " the Chief Justice. Sir Atholl MacGregor, of five men alleged to be members of the gang which committed the crime.
The men are Leung Chau, 23, Lam Kam-chuen, 47, Fang Chak, 21. 4 Shek Man, alias Li Tok, allas Mang Kai Tsai, 31. and Leung Tal.
