MAGISTRACY CONVICTION QUASHED BY COURT

Opium Possession Case: Two Men Appeal Successfully

An appeal brought by two Chinese,' Yip Shiu-whag and Foo Kam, of Cheung Chau, and described as refugees, aɣalust conviction and sentence by a Magistrate on ebarges of possession of raw and pre- pared oplum on board a sampaa la December last, was upheld by.
