The market opened with prices unchanged for all deliveries as compared with Tuesday's closing quotation.
Early in the morning the market ruled quiet, but steady with a fair demand for "actuals" by consuming centres being in evidence.
Later in the session prices advanced by 1/8 cent for all de- liveries on some buying for trade and speculative accounts, which was induced by overnight cables from New York reporting on a better sentiment being displayed in that market due to the steadily improv- Ing statistical position of Rubber.
Closing tone was quiet but steady.
