H.M.S. Scorpion has hoisted the flag of Rear Admiral R. Vesey Holt. C.B., D.S.O.. M.V.O. Senior Naval Officer in the Yangtze, in succes- sion to the Bee. The Scorpion was completed at Cowes in September and was towed to Hongkong, where she was handed over by the con- tructors, J. S. White, and Co.
