Throughout the day the market ruled quiet, but steady in sym- pathy with advices received from London and New York. Fair de mand for "spot" Rubber induced some trade and speculative buying interest in futures.
After some business having been transacted on basis of "quoted rates the market closed with a quiet but steady undertone.
