I have the honor to forward for the information of His Excellency, The Governor, the accompanying Return of Land sold on the 1st instant, which produced a Rental £570.11.6, and Premium Amounting to $4875.
It will be observed that the Premium derived from the second day's Sale is very small in comparison with that of the first day, the Annual rentals being nearly equal; this is to be accounted for from the fact that
