ALLEGATIONS AGAINST MAN

A piracy alleged to have been committed in Chinese waters on October 25, had a sequel before Mr. T. J. Houston at the Central Court yesterday when an unemployed man, Tsang Yik-tak, appear- ed on a charge of demanding property on a forged document.

Tsang was alleged to have demanded $1,600 by virtue of a forged cheque 'from the Shanghai Commercial and Savings Bank, Ltd., on December 5.
