Mr. E. Mauning, of Messrs. John D. Hutchinson und Company, sald that in April this year the firm re ceived an order from Jimmy's Kitchen for a quantity of cutlery, The goods arrived from England, and on checking up from the in- voices, abortage was discovered. Those received were delivered to Jimmy's Kitchen and charged ac- cordingly.
