The Schools' basketball competi-Wrexham tion resulted in a triple tle, three Carlisle teams, St. Paul's, Wah Nam and Lincoln Wah Tal, each losing one match. Darlington St. Paul's beat Wah Nam who in Hartlepools turn defeated Wah. Tai and the Rochdale latter beat St. Paul's in the Anal York match. All three games were very Accrington close and there was nothing to choose between the three teams. This will necessitate a play-off for the senior championship.
In the junior division Wah Yan went through without a defeat. Newport. though they had a very narrow Crystal Palace.. win over Pui Yinx.
