on his arrival; it is therefore to save time and expense and to prevent disappointment to myself that I am desirous of having the Sanction of this Lordship The Secretary of State before I avail
myself of a similar leave of
absence from my post-
I beg therefore to repeat my request that Your Excellency will Kindly forward my application to the
Colonial Office with such recommendation
