SHARE MARKET REVIEW
Market Easier.
BY C, A L, RICKETT Hongkong Sharebrokers'
Association
The market took an easier türn with the long threatened spreading | of hostilities to South China.... With a marked absence of support prices yielded readily and are appreciably lower at the close of business to day (Friday). There was no in dication of panic but a feeling of nervousness was apparent in the increase in selling orders. Nearly all shares offering, however, were taken off the market at declining prices." For the most part specu lators were inclined to sit back and wait for bargains which will un- doubtedly come their way." The undertone of the market is easy at the close with B downward trend in price levels,
