THE TELEGRAM REFERS TO CZECHOSLOVAKIA'S sacrifice for peace in Europe and criticises bitterly the application of the prin- ciples of cession of territory and various other details of the Manich Agreement, and appeals to the noble spirits of Europe and the world to recognise Czechoslovakia's position and understand the moral re- volution which caused the punishment of a nation which wanted nothing more than to fulfil its obligatións.
