Supplementary Memorandum on the Colonial Estimates for the year 1856
As the Honorable the Colonial Secretary had the kind consideration to read to me a Minute proposed by him on my Original Memorandum, I beg to be permitted respectfully to submit the following additional few remarks for the consideration of His Excellency The Governor.
