But further than renting the Bank the depository of un-employed Balances, to the increase of the Establishment
Charges by the slight interest thereon,
I do not think it advisable to make use
of that Body.
I may also add, though the point is a minor one,
that many Advances
would require amendment or repeal, if the Colonial Treasury
were abolished.
