Social Democratic Party, Herr Kostka, former Mayor of Reichenberg,--and- Herr Reichenberger, former leader of the Sudeten German Catholic' organisations.

According to the appeal, It is proposed that the National Council should negotiate with the Government on behalf of all peace-loving Sudeten Ger- mans without distinction of class and party" on the basis of the Government's proposals. -Benter.
