Canton, August 27.
About 7,400 persons in east Kwangtung districts have died of cholera during the present summer, whlie 21,600 persons have con- tracted this disease, according to a report made known this after- noon.
The death from this epidemic in other parts of the province is not 30 not yet known. The death-roll in the other regions are severe as in the eastern districts such as Hat Fang, Luk Feng, Hing Ning, Wu Wah etc.
