A Committee of Four, instructed" with the task of demarcating the - Russo-Japanese frontier near Changkufeng, met for a lengthy conference, but according to the Japanese press. they did not dis- cuss the frontier question.
The meeting, which was held in
a school building at the foot of Changkufeng Hill, merely resulted in an agreement between the two parties to lend every assistance to efforts now in progress to recover and bury those killed in the conflict.
