I have the honor to report, that on the recommendation of Mr. Hillier, Chief Magistrate of Police, I have made an increase of £25, from the 1st ultimo, to the Annual Salary of Mr. Charles Collins, Clerk in the Magistrate's Office; and have raised the pay of the Court Usher in the Magistrate's Court, also on Mr. Hillier's recommendation, from Six to Ten Dollars a month.
