Interesting Talk By Prof. Middleton-Smith
Empire Day was observed by the Hong Kong Rotary Club with a special address entitled "What Is This Empire," the speaker being Prof. C. Middleton-Smith, whose talk was greatly enjoyed by the large number of members and their friends present at the meeting.
