Rough I have not had opportunity of laying the Estimates before the Legislative Council, having only received the proofs from the Printer I am desirous of doing so this day, and have no time in conveying to your Lordship a general Statement of Financial position, - and hope I hope by the next mail to send the Estimates as approved by the Legislative Council.
