The holder of Lot 55 have given his approval, but, the ownership of the other Lot being at present the Subject of litigation, in consequence of the death of the original purchaser, it has not been possible to obtain such consent. The necessary portion has accordingly been resumed for public purposes, in accordance with the terms of the Lease.
Both Lots will derive benefit from the drainage.
