THE AGREEMENT IS A LENGTHY DOCUMENT WHICH CONSSTS OF THREE PARTS, NAME- "LY." (1) "THE PROTOCOL, (2) CORRESPONDENCE EXCHANGED BETWEEN THE BRITISH AND ITA- PERIOD LIAN GOVERNMENTS AND (3) A PROVISIONAL AGREEMENT FOR THE TRANSITIONAL BEFORE THE PERMANENT AGREEMENT BECOMES EFFECTIVE.

The Protocol, which is to he declared effective on a date to he agreed upon by the British and Italian Governments, consist of sight points.
