It is learned on good authority that the Hong Kong Cricket League are endeavouring to arrange a match between a team representing the League and an Empress of Britain XI, with Lord Tennyson, the former England Test captain, as a member of the latter side.
Lord Tennyson, who has just completed a tour in India, as cap- fain of the team that won the Rubber recently, is a passenger on board the luxury liner and when interviewed yesterday on the Em- press said he would like to play in Hong Kong, adding that he had had a very enjoyable match in Colombo.
