With the concurrence of His Excellency Sir John Francis Davis, Bart, &c., The Major General Commanding gladly avails himself of the Services of the Honble Major Caine, and appoints him Commandant of the Garrison of Wong Hong during the absence of the Major General and the Main Body of the Troops on Service at Canton
