In compliance with your desire,

I have delivered to Mr. C. Markwick all the Chinese Clothing left in my custody by Mr. White, late Emigration Agent.

I now enclose you a list of the Claims I have against the said clothing for payments & Charges which, according to the Mercantile custom, should have been paid before delivery.

I have to request you will pay the amount into the Colonial Treasury to the account of Land rents.
