An impressive Scout Parade ser- vice was held in St. Andrew's Church-yesterday evening when Colours were presented to the Rovers. The Colours were given by some of the ladies of the congrega- tion. The Vicar, Rev. J. R. Higgs, delivered the sermon at yesterday's service.
