LEAGUE COVENANT
REFORM
Geneva, Sept. 25.
It has been decided, in response to requests from several countries, not to discuss the question of League Covenant reform in the present session of the League of Nations, although the committee appointed to deal with the ques- tion wil meet.
"First meeting in the new as- sembly room of the League
of Nations building will take place on Tuesday, on which occasion Bel- gtum will be elected, to member- ship on the League Council.
The political committee will convene on the same day to deal with the appeal of the Valencia Government.---
