"After The Thin Man," starring William Powell and Myrna Loy, has its run at the Majestic Theatre to-day, a sensational sequel to "The Thin Man," produced by Metro- Goldwyn-Mayer in response to re- markable public demand for an- other mystery by Dashiell Ham- mett.
Powell and Miss Loy excel their stellar performance in the original and the story is even more intrigu- ing. A first rate supporting cast includes James Stewart. While the picture is titled "A Day At The Races," it might just as aptly have been called "A Day In A Sanitarium,” for the plat switches between the two locales at breakneck pace, and it would be difficult to say which is funnier -the antics of the Marxes in the vanitarium Or their uproarious conduct at the race track.
