Revision Of Rates
A number of changes were made recently by the point rating com- mittee of marine, underwriters in the schedule of minimum rates to cover war risks on merchandise, says the" "Manchester Guardian." In the scale of "additional' pre- mium rates" for cargo intended for Dairen and Manchukuo £1 per cent had been quoted," and the rate is now reduced to 65 per £100.
