In its fifth report to the President of the Board of Trade (Cmd. 5555, price 2d. net) the Tramp Shipping Administrative Committee describes the operations during the first six months of the subsidy year ending December 31 next. The report statęs that the committee and its sub-committees have continued their whole, says the vigilance in the interests of the industry as a **Times."*
