establishment of paid apprentices. teachers; 3 by the appointment in each school capable of enlargement of an assistant schoolmaster.. with a knowledge of the English language receiving a salary of not less than seventy dollars a month; 4th the appointment of an Inspector to pay at the least weekly visits to each school
and report to the Committee the result of each visit.
