STOWAWAY FINED Stowing away on board the Pre- sident Hoover a Russian, Natala Kiel, aged 29, appeared before Mr. K. Keen yesterday charged with entering the Colony without passport and stowing away on board the President Hoover. The defendant denied the second charge stating that he wanted to go to Manila but was pushed off the ship on her arrival in Hong Kong. Sergeant Russell said that the defendant left Russia at the age of five.
