The chance of catching malaria and other fever. ish diseases is far greater, if the power of resist ance is lowered. Lack of minerals in the body usually causes this lowering. Tiredness, heart troubles, irritability and dizziness are signs that your power of resistance is below par.

Prevent serious trouble by taking Kalzana tablets regularly. Kalzana replenishes the

mineral content of the body and blood cells in a perfectly natural way, strengthens the whole system, and so prevents serious infectious diseases, such as malaria, skin rashes, etc.

PREVENTION OF

CHOLERA

The public is warned against the danger of eating the dishes known as "YU SANG" and "YU SANG CHUK."

These dishes contain raw fresh- water fish. This fish is bred in ponds into which human exere ment is poured as food for the fish.

.. The danger of catching cholera by eating this Aah in an uncooked state is therefore very great. All fresh-water fish should be well cooked before being eaten.

·RUR. STANDING BY

There is every possibility of add!- Bonal British troops being sent to Shanghai from Hong Kong as the situation in the northern port has so gravely worsened.

Although no definite orders have been received, it is understood that the Royal Ulster Rifles are standing by.
