MALTA WELFARE SECTION Their Lordships have approved of the establishment of a Family Welfare Section at Malta on the lines of those set up at the home ports in 1835 to advise and assist naval ratings and their families in ∙aný domestic troubles The or- ganization at Maita will be on a smaller scale than at the home ports, having regard to the smaller "number of men to be dealt with. but it will have the full-time ser- vices of a woman welfare worker under the direction of the com- manding officer.
