To Remain In England
Instead of leaving for America as he intended if he had,, lost to Ben Foord, Max Baer was recently Jubilantly discussing a prolonged stay in this country, states' the "Evening Standard.”

His aminshing come-back against Britain's former champion has convinced Baer that he can still attain big things and fight the world's best.
Smiling and unmarked he was out very early at Esher taking a long walk over the countryside with his wife and telling her how be had conquered.
"I knew I had him. from the start," Baer told a reporter, "and I only waited until I got my eye in properly to land a big punch.
