WORLD ECONOMIC ORGANISATION
Universality, Permanence And Independence
·Brábels, July 23. The establishment of an independent, world economic organ- isation, with a view to solving "the great problems which me- "nacingly confront humanity," was suggested by the King of the Belgians in a letter to his Prime Minister, M. van Zeeland, to-day.
The Belgian King wrote from Brussels, and suggested that It is essential to bring about the creation
of an organism of economic studies, the value of which would be emphasised by their triple character of university, permanence and inde pendence.
The objects of studies would be research into elements of uni- versal economic organisation and continuous adaptation of this organisation to constantly changing economic factors

"Giornale d'Italia," "which is usually the mouthpiece, for the Foreign Ministry, characterises all auch reports as a "campaign of lea."
The King of Belgians concludes that whole sections of the human race are no longer in sympathy with each other.
