HER HUSBAND LIES
The powerfully dramatic story of a love that was shattered by a lie is brought to the screen in "Her Husband Lies," which has its run at the Queen's Theatre to-day.
With Gall Patrick and Ricardo Cortez in the leading roles, and with Axim Tamiroff, Tom Brown. Louis Calhern and June Martel in the supporting cast, "Her Husband Lies" emerges as one of the anest dramas of the season.

Cortez "plays the role of a big time gambler who is deeply in love with his wife, Mis Patrick. She objects so strenuously to his business that to keep her love he gives his word that he is through with gambling..
However, his younger brother, Brown, comes from the West with a big idea. He's going to "beat" the gambling racket. He doesn't know that Cortez is the famous gambler with whom he means to match with. Seetag the danger, Cortez conspires with his former henchmen to give the lad "trimming."
