Majestic when flagship of Vice-Admiral Sir Harry Rawson in the Channel Squadron. He served during the War as secretary to Admiral Str Herbert Heath when the latter was in command of the Seventh and Second Cruiser Squadrons and Third Battle Squadron, and also when Second Sea Lord of the Admiralty.
