Mr. D. Kossick, who was in charge of the classes gave most. instructive
the Information to candidates. He began by discuss- ing the different modes of how an examination for referees was being held. He pointed out to candidates that they should be confident and that he was positive that catch questions would not be asked in an examination. ·
