Outbreak Of Fire In Hangar

The Hengist, one of Imperial Airways largest air liners, was totally destroyed by fire at Karachi recently. According to a message received in London, the Hengist was in a hangar at the airport when it caught fire. No one was injured, and the cause of the fire is unknown.

Imperial Airways state that despite the loss of the Rengist their services to the East will not be

affected.
