Commodore E.B.C. Dicken. OBE, D.B.C., R.N., paid a visit to HMS Cornflower yesterday evening. He was piped aboard and was met by Commander J. Petrie, D.&C., om- cer Commanding the Hong Kong Naval Volunteer Force.
